Il servizio Nintendo Switch Online potrebbe prossimamente espandersi con i giochi del game boy, game boy color e game boy advance, i quali andranno ad unirsi a quelli già disponibili del NES, SNES, Mega Drive e Nintendo 64.
A svelarlo ci ha pensato un leak condiviso nelle ultime ore su 4Chan, il quale riporta la presenza in rete di archivi compressi contenenti al loro interno file NSP e NCA, che una volta decriptati hanno rivelato la loro natura, trattasi di emulatori chiamati Sloop e Hiyoko, in grado di eseguire ROMS per le piattaforme menzionate, sviluppati naturalmente da Nintendo per Switch.
