[Aggiornato]Il Playstation Store chiude i battenti su PSP,PS3 e PSVITA: I giochi che non potrete più acquistare

Il Playstation Store chiuderà i battenti a partire dall’estate su PSP,PSVITA e PS3, ad annunciarlo è stata la stessa Sony.Se dunque ancora giocate sulle piattaforme in questione, vi anticipiamo che da questa estate non potrete più acquistare una lunga lista di giochi digitali.

I giochi digitali che scompariranno dal Playstation Store

In una recente dichiarazione si legge:

Dopo averci riflettuto su attentamente, abbiamo preso la decisione di chiudere lo Store su PS3, PSVITA e PSP, al fine di concentrare le nostre risorse su PS4 e PS5, migliorando ulteriormente l’esperienza dei nostri clienti. Ci teniamo a ringraziarvi per il supporto su queste piattaforme.

Il negozio verrà spento il 2 Luglio su PS3 e PSP, il 27 Agosto invece toccherà a PSVITA. Anche se non potrete più fare acquisti, avrete sempre la possibilità di scaricare videogiochi acquistati in passato tramite la Download List, cosi come la riproduzione degli stessi.

Resterà attiva la funzionalità che permetterà di riscattare codici Playstation Plus, ciò consentirà ancora di giocare online a tutti i giochi supportati.

[AGGIORNAMENTO] Il Playstation Store è salvo su PS3 e PSVITA

A quanto pare Sony ha cambiato idea, annunciando che lo Store resterà in vita, almeno su PS3 e PSVITA, cosa che purtroppo non sarà così per la PSP:

Abbiamo valutato attentamente la situazione, la nostra è stata una decisione frettolosa. Quest’oggi dunque annunciamo che manteremmo il PlayStation Store attivo sia su PS3 che PSVITA, mentre su PSVITA cesserà il 2 Luglio 2021 come pianificato.

Inizialmente avevamo deciso di interrompere il supporto per una serie di motivi e difficoltà, per poter concentrare le risorse altrove, tuttavia ci siamo resi conti che molti ancora comprano giochi classici per PS3 e PSVITA, per questo manteremmo attivo lo Store.

Mentre guardiamo avanti verso PS4 e PS5, riteniamo che sia importante preservare le piattaforme menzionate. Vi ringraziamo per aver condiviso con noi le vostre opinioni, le ascoltiamo e apprezziamo.

Mentre su PS3 e PSVITA il Playstation Store è salvo, su PSP chiuderà ufficialmente nella data indicata, di conseguenza una lista di titoli non potranno più essere acquistati, se li avete nella vostra libreria potrete comunque continuare a scaricarli, e sono i seguenti:
